He is the Ironman Hawaii World Champion, 2time winner at Ironman 70.3 World Championships, Ironman European Champion and one of the toughest guys to beat on the bike.

After his 2015 Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau victory we sat down with Sebastian Kienle from Germany in the back of our Mercedes Benz V-Class to talk about racing, how much fun it is to race friends and push each other to the limit and what it takes to win Hawaii again.

As always Sebastian proves to be one of the funnier guys on the triathlon circuit.

Camilla Pedersen – The Comeback Kid

She is Ironman European Champion, ITU Long Distance World Champion and likely one of the top contenders for the Ironman World Championship on Hawaii in the coming years.

After her comeback season 2014 after being in a coma for 3 weeks 2015 seems to finally be taking her back to the very top.

We caught up with Camilla Pedersen from Denmark after her recent win at Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau and talked about her way back to the top, surreal experiences in the hospital and her ambitions to win the Ironman Hawaii World Championship.

Elmar Sprink – World’s Fittest Heart Transplante

Less than 2 years after receiving a heart transplant Elmar Sprink found himself racing Ironman again. After all doctors told him to start exercising post surgery.

After crossing the finishline at the Ironman European Championship in Frankfurt Ironman invited Elmar to Hawaii to race the Ironman World Championship.

During a training camp at the Sands Beach Resort on Lanzarote I sat down with Elmar to hear his full story, talk about his plans and find out what it means racing with a second heart.
