Auf der IAA hat er uns die neusten Einblicke in die neue V-Klasse verschafft, uns einen Einblick in sein Leben erlaubt und uns und Euch zum Surf World Cup nach Sylt eingeladen.

Ganz nebenbei gibt es auch noch seine Tips für die Top Surf Spots around the Globe.

TalkToTill – Team Sports For Good

Wir haben uns auf Ruegen mit dem Team Sport for Good zusammengesetzt und gelernt, dass es auch bei Profis nicht immer ein Sieg sein muss, um zufrieden zu sein, das Triathlon eigentlich ein sehr geiler Sport ist, warum Jan Raphael lieber Rasen mäht, als zu trainieren und das es auch noch andere Ziele als Hawaii gibt.

Ach ja und um eine kleine, aber feine Stiftung Names Laureus haben wir uns auch unterhalten, da die Jungs alleine in Zell am See bei der Ironman 70.3 WM mal eben über 10.000 für den guten Zweck gesammelt haben und wer sich die Zeit nimmt, sich die 3 Jungs jetzt mal im Video anzuschauen, möchte sie hinterher vielleicht selbst ein bisschen unterstützen.
..und wenn nicht, bekommt ihr wenigstens Timo Bracht beim Rolator Witze machen zu sehen 😉

The Ironman European Tour held it’s next stop at the Ironman 70.3 European Championships in Wiesbaden and so did the Talk To Till Mercedes Benz V-Class.

With Horst Reichel a member of the Team Sport for Good made the way over to our lounge chairs and we talked ‚Wiesbaden race course‘, ‚training‘ and of course ‚Laureus and Team Sport for Good‘.

He is the Ironman Hawaii World Champion, 2time winner at Ironman 70.3 World Championships, Ironman European Champion and one of the toughest guys to beat on the bike.

After his 2015 Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau victory we sat down with Sebastian Kienle from Germany in the back of our Mercedes Benz V-Class to talk about racing, how much fun it is to race friends and push each other to the limit and what it takes to win Hawaii again.

As always Sebastian proves to be one of the funnier guys on the triathlon circuit.

Camilla Pedersen – The Comeback Kid

She is Ironman European Champion, ITU Long Distance World Champion and likely one of the top contenders for the Ironman World Championship on Hawaii in the coming years.

After her comeback season 2014 after being in a coma for 3 weeks 2015 seems to finally be taking her back to the very top.

We caught up with Camilla Pedersen from Denmark after her recent win at Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau and talked about her way back to the top, surreal experiences in the hospital and her ambitions to win the Ironman Hawaii World Championship.

Elmar Sprink – World’s Fittest Heart Transplante

Less than 2 years after receiving a heart transplant Elmar Sprink found himself racing Ironman again. After all doctors told him to start exercising post surgery.

After crossing the finishline at the Ironman European Championship in Frankfurt Ironman invited Elmar to Hawaii to race the Ironman World Championship.

During a training camp at the Sands Beach Resort on Lanzarote I sat down with Elmar to hear his full story, talk about his plans and find out what it means racing with a second heart.

This guys been around since the ancient history of triathlon. Almost. 😉 He’s been to the Olympics, he’s been to Hawaii, he’s won multiple races on the long distance circuit including the prestigious Challenge Roth and now he is writing a book to share his secrets with everybody. Knowing Dirk it’s not just gonna be yet another triathlon book. It’s gonna be awesome.

We sat down at the Sands Beach Resort on Lanzarote for a little chat, a glass of red wine and I even got to teach him a few tricks.
